Todd Young is a licensed contractor and an avid gardener. He received his degree from California State University at Sacramento and worked in the insurance industry for 10 years. During that time, he fell in love with gardening as a hobby and did many landscape designs at the urging of admiring friends and family. In 1990, he earned his contractors license and started a successful business. Distinctive Landscape has now been serving Chico for more than 23 years.
